Exchange or Return of Goods
At HM Store UK, customers have the right to cancel their purchase made online within 14 days of receiving the product.
To ensure this right is preserved, the item should be kept in its original condition. However, if a product is damaged or faulty through no fault of the customer, the right to cancel still applies. A decrease in value due to opening the package or checking the product’s functionality will not prevent you from requesting a refund.
Products cannot be returned if any of the following are missing:
The complete product with all accessories included
Proof of purchase (receipt from HM Store UK)
Warranty card (if applicable)
Service report describing any defect (where required)
Refunds will be processed within the timeframe set by UK consumer law.
